CipherNorth Founder Andrew Alaniz will lead two interactive tabletop exercises at the ISACA Birmingham Conference, designed to close the gap between technical response and executive decision-making during cyber incidents. These sessions showcase how realistic exercises can strengthen communication, readiness, and true organizational resilience.
